Emerging Markets
As Spain’s beaches are becoming more and more crowded, people are looking further a field for their dream home in the sun. Two popular choices are South Africa and Asia.

South Africa

Thailand is the most popular holiday home investment area in the whole of Asia. It has one of the fastest growing economies in the world, and its urban centres are still expanding rapidly. Almost 6 million people live in Bangkok – the capital and largest city.
